Uzbekistan

1. A completed and signed visa application form. (Note: the form MUST BE typed on a typewriter or completed on the computer and then printed and signed. Handwritten forms ARE NOT accepted and will be returned unprocessed).
2. A valid US passport with at least 6 months remaining validity and at least 1 blank visa page.
3. 1 passport size photo of the applicant.
4. Confirmation of a tour or hotel accommodations, OR a letter from a travel agency or the applicant (if traveling independently) stating the dates and purpose of the intended trip.
5. A money order or check payable to Red Star Travel.

The above requirements are valid for USA citizens only. Uzbekistan tourist visas are usually issued for a single entry within 2 months from the date of visa issue, for a stay of up to 30 days.

NOTE: All processed visas and passports will be send by US Postal regular mail unless otherwise requested by applicant. You may include a prepaid express envelope with your visa documents for return mail. You may also include an additional $ 18.50 with your visa processing fee and we’ll send your visa and passport by Federal Express (overnight delivery).

Requirements and fees related to the processing of visas are subject to change, including, but not limited to, consular fees, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance, which are subject to change without notice. Exact visa processing time depends on workload of the Consulate. Visa processing fees are non-refundable. Visas and passports are normally sent by U.S. Mail or Express package services (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) and are subject to the conditions set by these Companies for Shipment. Red Star Travel will not be responsible for any loss or delays incurred for shipments consigned to these delivery services. Documents which are submitted in the manner different from the above will not be accepted. After visa is received please check it and if you discover any mistake return it to us for correction. Red Star Travel and the Consulate General will not be responsible for the mistakes which are not brought to its attention before departure from the USA.
