Visa Online service has been designed to simplify the processing of a Russian visa. It allows all travelers to submit most of the required documents for all types of Russian visas electronically including payment. This service has been made available to Red Star Travel customers only and it was supported and approved by the Russian Consulate. After filling out the online application you will need to mail your ORIGINAL PASSPORT to Red Star Travel. Processing of tourist visas WILL NOT begin until the passport is received by us. For business visas, a fully completed online application with an uploaded scanned copy of the passport is sufficient to start the processing of the invitation letter, but the original passport is still required for the last 5 business days of processing.

In order to use Visa Online service the following is required:

1. Original passport.
2. One passport size photo or a digital file (JPEG format only)
3. HIV test (AIDS) certificate when applying for a visa valid for more than 3 months.
4. Access to a scanner*.

*If you do not have access to a scanner, you may want to visit a professional copy center that provides internet access and scanning equipment. To find a professional copy center nearest
