It is our goal to introduce you to the countries visited as they are. Hotels in Russia range from third world impoverished to 5 star opulence. We always try to recommend hotels somewhere in the middle. All the hotels we recommend are ones we ourselves would stay in. They are clean, friendly, with private baths or showers and have good locations. Yurts and national houses will accommodate several people in one room that has shared bathroom facilities.

The tour prices given for each itinerary do not include the airfare from and to the US. We can always, however, offer you the best prices for the destinations you need. Just let one of our agents know and you will receive a competitive price quote for your international air travel.

All hotel accommodations, all meals (unless otherwise stated), ground transfers, transportation within the programs, excursions with an English-speaking tour guide, local airport taxes and all other taxes, baggage handling upon arrival and departure, and invitation letter for visa support are included in the group tours.

Airfare and taxes from and to home cities, passport fees and visa processing fees, health / accident / baggage / cancellation insurance, personal expenses (such as laundry, telephone, faxes, e-mails, taxis, etc.), guide/interpreter and bus driver gratuities are not included.

Tour documents are not issued until all services have been paid in full. These documents are sent to you no later than 14 days prior to departure. If you are departing home earlier, please notify your travel agent in order to make arrangements. There is a $15.00 fee for tour documents processed earlier than 14 days prior to departure.

We make every effort to place you with a same gender roommate to share the double occupancy cost upon your request. If for some reason there is no one for you to share with, you will be responsible for paying the single supplement fee for the guided tour you have chosen.
